Libby Dalton
Libby Dalton spent three and a half years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras, where she first learned Spanish at age 21.
She worked in non-profit management in the 1970s, researched local government in Latin American countries in the 1980s and 1990s, and has taught public administration and leadership subjects at Western Michigan University and for UTEP. She is a member of the HFTW Elder Board.
