Dr. Herschel Rosser MDiv, DMin

Herschel and Lucie are former campus pastors, church planters, and pastors, who have served the Lord in the US and Germany. Herschel has his BA from Baylor University, his MDiv from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA, and his DMin from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO. His doctoral work emphasizes spiritual formation and discipleship as the effective basis for pastors for church planting, church growth, and for following Jesus’s example as the Good Shepherd. He has served in several roles in Christian higher education and training. The Rosser’s have five sons and eight grandchildren. They moved to Las Cruces in April 2025 and they love being part of HFTW Church!, who have served the Lord in the US and Germany.
