The Jewish Roots of Christianity

This nine-week course explores the Jewish heritage and context of the Christian faith. Students will gain insight into the Hebrew Scriptures, Jewish customs, festivals, and concepts that shaped Jesus’ life and ministry, the early church, and the New Testament writings. The class will highlight the continuity between the Old and New Covenants and how understanding this connection deepens appreciation for God’s redemptive plan.
