About the Course
In Acts 17:11 we read, “Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true” (NIV84). The Bereans were of “noble” or honorable character. Why? Because they not only heard and received the words of Paul, but they made certain for themselves that what he was saying was true by checking it out through “careful examination of the Scriptures.”
This course is designed to guide students in study methods and the use of study tools that they too may be well versed in the very words of God. The main goal is to obtain knowledge and understanding from God that will enhance their relationship with Him and to be able to spread the knowledge of who He is to those around them.
